USB port pushed into dash

USB port pushed into dash

Hi,

I've got a MK7 60reg Zetec, which has a USB port by the handbrake (3.5mm next to it).

I've just tried to push my usb stick into the port, and noticed that it's come un-clipped and fallen down into the dash\well.

I need to un-clip the plastic which surrounds the USB port and 3.5mm hole. Can anybody help? I don't want to damage it.
