Voice control not working

I have a fiesta titanium 2010, i hardly ever use the voice control but yesterday when i wanted to use it simply didn't work, i pressed the button and nothing happened, the rest of stalk works fine, indicators, trip computer etc. anyone got any ideas of what this could be? Is there any way to reset it by any chance?
