how do you remove the front plastics?

can anyone help me on how you remove the two front plastics on the front bumper please?

You mean the upper and lower grill?
Lower grill just pulls out.. Clips all the way round
Upper grill has 2 or 3 clips on the underside attaching it to the bumper.. I used a small flat blade screwdriver to unclip them
Use a rag around the screwdriver
And it also has the clip on top either side that are both visible

oki then so the one with the ford badge on is just a case of prising it off with a screw driver etc? and the bottome one doiong pretty much the same as what you do with the rear diffuser?

Noooo don't prise it off
Put a covered screwdriver in between the bumper and the bottom off the grill and unclip the clips carefully
Ye the bottom one is just like the clips on the rear diffuser

Hey,
Anyone got more of a guide for this one? I cant get the clips from the underside of the grill to unclip from the bumper
