Gear nob & gaiter

Hi all was wondering how gear nob & gaiter came off as I'm after replacing for a different colour 
Gear knob unscrews (anti-clockwise)
To remove gaiter, pull plastic gear surround upwards
Once you have done both of these, you will be able to unclip the gaiter form the plastic surround
Then turn the gaiter inside out to access securing ring
