Fiesta MK7 interior Dome Light

I am trying to put LED bulb in my dome light but whilst trying to get it out, the buttons have stopped working completely, I have also not managed to get the light out of the plastic fitting yet? any tips. or pictures!

Mine did this and it turned that the switch copper contacts are not touching I pinched my together slightly and then it worked
