Removing Golve and panels

Hi folks
I'll spare you my story of woe on a 09 titanium I just bought
One of the things on the list to sort out the clicking noise which seems to be the blend door actuator / heat actuator. The problem is common but all the posts about ot either go unanswered or the trail stops dead after diagnosis, with no followup suggesting how to get this sorted without taking into a garage.
So I'm keeping it simple as I think I know what to do, just need a bit of help getting there
Can anyone explain (pics would be fab too) how I remove the glove and its surrounding panels? I need to get behind the central control unit, pref w/o removing the dash. The bottom panel was easy - someones already been there and broken the clips but unfortunatelythis doesn't get me access to where I need to be.
Otherwise would this be shown in a Haynes manual? Then I might as well get that.
Bonus points for if anyone follows it through and tells / shows how to replace the actuator unit. Oh and thr part number as I cant seem to find that either
