Creaking chassis mk7 ZS

Hey guys,
I don't know whether any of you will know what I'm talking about, or may have even experienced this, but I can't find any mention of this problem anywhere and I thought I'd post here as some of your seem to really know your stuff. I'll try my best to describe it so bear with me.
Right, my car is about 2 1/2 years old, I've had it for 6 months. Lately, when the car is parked or stopped on an incline, the chassis makes an incredible creaking noise when the brakes are let off, and weight in the car shifts like me trying to get out. It's getting much worse, yesterday I was parked on an incline of no more than about 10% so nothing major, but as I went to get out, it sounded as if the chassis was about to split in half. The best way I can describe the noise is, and I don't know if any of you would recognise this, but it sounds like a wooden palate would if it had to much weight on it. You know the 'chsk-chsk-chsk' noise they make as the floor panels make before the snap in half?
Sorry if that doesn't make sense but I can't think of anything better to describe it. I had a 14 y/o BMW before my fez and that made absolutely no noise at all, I would expect it from that but not my relatively new car. And it's not a small noise that could be attributed to something outside while I was parking, it was a serious sound that resonated through the car so I know it's my car.
If anyone has any insight I'd really appreciate it. It will be going back to dealer who will be getting an earful, I've had non-stop problems with it. Someone on here posted about clunky steering which I have too so it's not a good time. I'm not very impressed with it as it is my first ford and to be honest, I was expecting better.
Thanks guys
Gary
