BT/USB Problem

Hi, I'm new here and I need help.
I bought Fiesta MK7 Zetec S and my Bluetooth and USB work only when I turn key to the first position. Bluetooth is connected with my smartphone, everything works. But when I turn the key to the second position - Bluetooth suddenly switches off and it's not possible to switch it on (even when I use button phone -> bluetooth on). Could anyone give me a piece of advice to solve the problem? I tried to disconnect BT/USB modul and it didn't helped. Thanks a lot guys.
And sorry for my english skills, I'm from the Czech republic.
