like within the gears obviously 1-5, is it really quick/nippy. is there a visible difference in speed with the metal and the basic zetec s ? get my metal soon so getting excited now

I assume there is noticeable difference as there is 14bhp difference

its got a bit more grunt and the better short gearbox

So technically the short gearbox will fit any ZS

dont see why not its just a shorter gearing and the added bonus of the metal it has the short version
