Sony MEX - BT3900U

I have had the Sony head unit from the previous fiesta I had, now installing it into the mk7 seemed an easy enough task. I have wired my sub and amp up and the only issue is that now the standard audio cables (that plugged into the standard head unit) obviously don't fit, therefore I need to find a conversion cable, anyone have any idea where I can find one? 
Finally it's finished. Bought a single din fascia from ebay it was around £20 then fitted the air vents to the new fascia. Only issue is current there are no hazard and central locking buttons which the issue is being solved by an autoelectrician. Details which I shall post on here upon completion. The sub and 6x9s have also been fitted with the 6x9s wired from the rear speakers. Sounds beautiful!!!
