So in January i bought my 3rd Fiesta ST (I had a mk6 and a mk7 ST-1 before), a 2015 ST-3 with Mountune MP215

Image

I refurbed and repainted my old sliver fifteen52 tarmacs and made them new and shiny and white, and I think the look pretty sweet on the car as well as fitting my 35mm H&R lowering springs too

Special delivery at work, getting kit together for the wide arches...

A quick test fit to see how far the wheels will stick out with the spacers...

I couldn't lower the car all the way down at the front, due to being lowered the arch would have caught on the tyre. So it should actually sit lower than what is shown here :D

Picked up these beauties while out in the US for work :) Wide arch kit from Fifteen52

Image

Obviously these are designed for the 5 door US spec ST rather than the UK spec 3 door. I'll need to do a fair bit of modification to make them fit to my 3 door
Managed to hand carry them all the way from San Antonio :P

Took some time in my lunch break at work to start figuring out measurements etc for mounting the arches. Gives me a rough idea of what it will look like. Getting excited!

This gives a better idea of the overall look:

Work is underway to modify the rear arches, making them into a single piece and losing the door gap. They've been bonded together and bolted to make sure they are as strong as possible. The next step is to sand all the filler and make a nice smooth arch again

Image

And couldn't resist a quick offer up to the car

Image

The plan is to incorporate brackets into the arches so that they can be bolted to the body work. The existing arches will be beaten out to make room for the extra width of the wheels

Arches on the driver side have been cut back to make room for the wider stance. The fifteen52 wide arches have been cut at the joins between the bumpers and bodywork, brackets have been made and attached to the wide arches and they have been bolted to the car.

So now its a case of repeating for the passenger side, then painting and final mounting :D Not too long now...

So the end is in sight with the wide arch kit now. There's still some fettling to be done to get everything sitting flush, but this will give you an idea of the end result. It's definitely a much more aggressive look
