Hi guys, i have a metal grey Fiesta 1.25 2009. i have done quite a few mods to the car, new wheels, new exhaust etc, but now i want to lower it but im unsure on what springs to get, 30mm? or 45mm? i do want it low, but some people are saying i need new shock aborbers if i lower it by 45mm, is this true?
thanks for your help

Re: Lowering Springs
H&R springs 40mm drop makes the car sit very nice, if your running 17" it makes the ride a lot better as well.

Re: Lowering Springs
I'd probably recommend the H&R 50mm springs. Only heard good things about them, drop the car to a great stance without the firmness of coilovers.
I'd recommend coilovers even more though Love them, they were made for me!!
