Help needed

I've only had my MK7 for not even 8 weeks now and yet everything seems to be going wrong

so far I've had:

• steam pouring out of engine bay - turned out to be poor windscreen seal which was rectified by Ford
• squeaky engine - turned out to be drive belt
• AC not working at all - turned out to be AC compressor was broken so was replaced
• handbrake not wonderful at hills - still unresolved
• doesn't always like reverse gear - still unresolved

current issues are:

• AC intermittently running warm then back to ice cold
• warning alarm just as I parked up, no warning lights to accompany and sounded when my seatbelt was still done up
• sudden intermittent surging of power under high speed on the MW

I don't want to if I can help it part with the car as other than the issues I really like it

What year is the car?

Not allways liking reverse gear is a ford trait, are you completely at a stop when you try to get into reverse?

Hi, the car is a 2009 and Ford told me about the reverse gear not engaging if the car is still moving forwards (no syncromesh or something?), however this has done this even when parked up and trying to reverse out, it's really frustrating, I've had it in with them 3 times now over the same thing
