I travel from Northamptonshire to London in my Fiesta.
Situation:
London's narrow streets are a nightmare for my wing-mirrors;
And on motorways (as discussed in the forum here) the driver mirror in UK has no wide-angle.
The shape and size of the wing-mirror doesn't view much, compared to old-fashioned rectangular lens.
Decision:
I'm replacing my mirror glass from eBay:
> Wide-angle (blind-spot mirror)
> Aspherical (I think is the same as flat)
> Convex
Question:
One website says its standard practice in UK for Wide-angle on driver; Convex on passenger.
But I wondered which mirrors do you think best/recommend?
How do they look and work?

Re: Newbie!
I think its down to your personal preference, you could allways buy a stick on blind spot mirror thing, and see how you get on with that, then if you like it, get a glass to suit that.
