Spare Wheel and Tyre

I have just purchased a 2011 1.4 Fiesta Zetec Auto for the wife. Great little car. Her first Auto she loves it.
My question is that the car came without the usual Space saver Spare wheel. It came with the Tyre repair kit.
The Alloy wheel size on the car is 195/50/15 with Hankook tyres.
I have the chance to purchase a Brand New full size steel wheel of a 2011 Fiesta with New Hankook Tyre. The size is 175/65/R14.
Would I be OK in using this steel wheel as a Spare. Emergency Only until Alloy repaired
I have checked the hand book and it says that 175/65/R14 is the size of the temporary Spare
