bluetooth issues

Hi all I'm having some major problems with my bluetooth modual I have tried everything to get it working but no luck. I have it booked into ford but don't want to pay them if I can get around it another way. I have no bluetooth usb aux or voice when I press phone it just mutes the stereo there is no phone logo on the display either. I have tried resetting the modual tried disconnecting the battery,removed the fuse I have even tried my friends modual that is working in his car but as soon as it's put into my car it doesn't work? Any help would be great thanks in advance

Can any1 help plz I have spend £ 150 at ford and still not fixed this problem it's driving me crazy now.

Hey Bro,

Try the below link, this happened with me a couple of days ago, tried it all:

Removed Module un/ re-plugged - didn't work.
Took Negative off of Battery and re-fitted after a few minutes - did work although only temporary.

Problem is Ford updated all their audio systems in 2012 in line with the latest gen's of smartphones etc.

The update WAS readily available from Ford's site until it was removed, reason unknown, but the link that I have attached has the link saved and it worked for me so give it a go...

Any luck fixing the issue. I've installed the software update and mine still won't work.......
