Just tried testing my car alarm and it does not work at all... Has anyone else had any issues?

Can you see the sensors up above? It may not have one - perhaps just remote locking and a factory immobiliser.

How did you try testing it?

Leave a window open, double lock the car (button twice) then reach in and open the bonnet...

Open window tried door even used key to lock my self in and bounced around played with gears hand break and steering wheel etc

I done it before accidentally I locked myself in forgot it was locked tried opening the door the. Boom!! Alarm goes off everyone looks at you but you can't turn it off :/ lol

It should come as standard I thought. Take it to ford ask them to demonstrate it working just to check

Yeah it's what I thought and kind of want to avoid ford as I have done stuff that they may get picky about through warranty just in case I do have it and it's broke then they won't fix it lol. Going to check the ford etis website to see what it says on there
