Funny engine noise

I have fixed the rumble wile running but it still does it on some starts and when pulling away in first

All fixed it was a screwdriver wedged by the engine mount

Well at first I thought I was the alternator because I could not get a bolt back in because of the tension on the belt... Anyway I sorted my hoses out took alternator of back on and the heavy rumble had gone. Though there was a slight rattle. I had another look today thinking its a hose clip knocking on something but when moving a hose I see it shimmer. I had to literally pry it out lol
