How do i remove the rear valiance?

anyone i'v had a look and it looks like its screwed on with some weird shaped triangle screw?

Is a valiance the same thing as a diffuser? (Black plastic section on bottom of rear bumper?)
If so 2 rivets need to be drilled out and the rest is clipped on.

just look underneath and you should see them?
