Gear Gaiter and surrounding trim

Hi

I am buying a quick shift this month but can't figure out how to remove the old shifter well I'm stuck at the Gaiter.
Does anyone know how to remove it

Yeah picked it up last weekend due to struggling with the rear lights

It looks like it is like everything on the fiesta close you eyes and pull, I have now fitted the splitter and hopefully will get all plastics resprayed soon Harold of this week but had to renew season tickets

Grab it from the bk and pull up very very tight thou.
