Modding a Zetec-S

Post by Gandy »

I figure this question gets asked all the time but I'm gonna ask it anyway, whats the best mods to see decent gains on a ZS? I havn't bought one yet but will be looking to mod one when I finally get around to taking the plunge.

Cheers

James

there will always be littel companys near you willing to give it a try.

most people would say to go to montune or pumaspeed as they have tested everything on the car.

montune is the best as they can get more out of the engine whilst keeping warenty.

here are there websites mate.

http://www.mountune.com/
http://www.pumaspeed.co.uk/

there might be more at ford fair on sunday as well, hope this helps.

Indeed, ive spent £250 on both a j1 and a Bluefin superchip, the Noise was great and the chip might have helped. However, ive had a spin an a Moutune MP140 and its quite noticeable power gains. I've just ordered the mr155 kit up from standard and will pull both the J1 and Bluefin off.
Getting to the point- Save the money and get the MP140 or MR155, 1 year warranty on the parts sound good :D, But its up to you :P
