Optical isse in Fiesta mk7

Hello, i have maby difficult question or not:P
Is there any way in new Sony radio(in mk7) to take optical signal from it?
If yes... how?
I read that i can take it from any radio from CD.. but how exacly.. any anwseres?

I now there are coloxial to optical conventors..but then how i can take coloxial cable from sony?

Main thing is to not lose to much of sound quality.

I will be very pleasd for any advice.
