Mk7 lower strut brace fitting

hi all -
just a quick question, as im debaiting getting a lower strut brace for my MK7 (ive heard the upper ones are a pig to fit).

Just wondering if anyone on here has fitted a lower one & whats entailed ?.....pictures of where the bar mounts to would also be ace :)
