I'm from the Netherlands and I don't want to pay for the shipping of all of the parts seperately, because that will make it realy expensive.

After learning to speak Dutch, I found both parts in the Netherlands.

I just found an already modivied cable on this forum. It is on it's way at the moment.

But this is still usefull information, I will share it on the Dutch forum, because there are more members there that want to do the conversion.
