Manually Adjust Radio Station?

How can i manually adjust my radio station. Becuase im trying to get onto 103.6FM but it always goes past it when scanning

is there a way where i can make it stop on a certain radio station without it flying past?

ive got the smaller display. and cant see no manual button :S

having looked in the handbook for the Type 1 radio:

Press MENU
Select RADIO mode and then MANUAL TUNE
Press one of the arrows to tune down or up the waveband in small increments or press and hold to increment quickly, until you the station you require.
Press OK to continue listening
