fiesta diesel clutch vibration

I have recently purchased a fiesta titanium 1.4 tdci anf in the main love it. My only issues is with a vibration in the clutch when stopped and engaging the clutch there is a very noticable vibration particulaly as the clutch touches the floor. I took into ford as its in warranty and was told its a characteristic of the car even though the courtesy car same diesal engine didnt have anything like the same vibration neither did similar models with higher mileage (mine has 27k fmdsh). Anyone have this fault and if so have you managed to get a repair?

If their car doesn't do it then it must be a fault (do they have a couple more you could try too?)
Keep pushing until they fix it.

Your clutch plates are probably slipping during a gear change.
