I have a 2009 MK7 Zetec S with Bluetooth and USB. Today i updated the software (yes i know it is late) and have noticed that i can stream music through bluetooth (which i thought was only available on later cars), but when i pressed Aux, and Aux twice nothing worked.
I fixed the problem by accident by using voice control "external device" and the "help" and noticed there is now a "bluetooth" command.
So for those who have problems streaming music over bluetooth, firstly ensure the software is updated. Your music is playing and your bluetooth is on.
>Press voice control button
>say "external device"
>say "Bluetooth"
>say "play"
And it should work.

Re: Bluetooth Streaming
Are you not able to select BT through the AUX menu?

Bluetooth Streaming
I wasn't able to before the update. Some can by pressing AUX button twice.
If i press the aux button twice now, again i can't access the streaming and can only activate it by voice control.
Maybe there is a way but i haven't found it.

Pressing the AUX button twice swaps if from BT and LINE IN. If you press AUX then the left button it should take you to the external input options where you can select BT, then the phone connected.stutick wrote:I wasn't able to before the update. Some can by pressing AUX button twice.

Both ways work on mine.

Bluetooth Streaming
Even now mine doesn't have the bluetooth option, only:
1. Ipod
2. USB
3. Line out
No bluetooth option apart from on voice control... Maybe its because mine is an early model 58 plate?
