Fiesta 1.4 Auto - Need Help

Hi folks. Just purchased a Fiesta 1.4 Auto (09 plate) for my wife. I must admit it is a lot of car for not a lot of money and great to drive. Anyway, purchased from Perrys group but as you can expect there are a couple of Gremlins with it.
1. Front windscreen washer not working (when you push the stalk-in I cannot hear the motor at all but the rear pump is fine). Where do I start??....how easy is to get to the pumps?? etc.
2. Bonnet Open Message (got this on pretty much all the time. I'm guessing it's an iffy micro switch or similar). Any advise guys?
3. Need a 2nd key and programming (Main dealer ??...or any advise)
4. Also need an owners manual. Seen some on flea bay.
This is my first Ford in over 10 years so looking forward to contributing and making contact with fellow owners.

Hi, I've got a spare Fiesta owners manual complete with Ford cover and holder for 2011 onwards but theres probably very little difference between the earlier cars. Let me know if you fancy it, can do it for a £5 inc postage if you're interested

Could be fuse. Don't think it would be separate to the rear though. Could be the motor broken. Have a look on eurocarparts. Type your reg in and look for part required

I had this, ford fixed mine for free as it was under warranty. Did the garage give you warranty?

Main dealer would do this but will cost an arm and a leg

Can't help with this but I do have Haynes book if you want any pages scanned out of it
