Almost a New Fiesta Owner

New Member just looking for few opinions and advice

Fiesta Zetec-s vs Metal
Torn between the two, it would be the facelift model Zetec-s however I love the black wheels. And what's effectively just a new front bumper wouldn't be enough to make me choose it.
(Price not an issue as Metal is £12 000 and Zetec-s with a discount would be down to 12 000 as i have access to a discount ticket through family.)
If the wheels were spay painted is this something the insurance company should know or is it only if I were to change the alloy itself.
So if anyone has a preference between the two would be nice to know.
Any help appreciated.
