Plzzz help wipers are not working

They have not been ing working for a while but it's getting dangerous now with the rain the wipers will be fine then they freeze in. The middle of the screen you then have to turn the engine of and if ya lucky they come back on iv replaced the wiper motor and relay wiring seems ok iv checked the stork and that seems fine to .does it go through anything else than a relay like a control module .any help would be really appreciated .

All fixed now it was the body control module that is behind the glove box went to the scrap yard returned the wiper motor and got the module just had to reprogram the key job done
