1.4 tdci poor starting

1.4 tdci poor starting

Can any body help. I have a 2010 Fiesta 1.4 tdci the newer 1.4 engine. KVJA.
If left for a long time it won't start. You have to crank it for ages for it to start. Then when it does its lumpy like air in the fuel. Afew revs and it clears and is good till left for Afew hours again.
I've replaced fuel line and fuel filter.
Have done a leak off test on injectors
Replaced cam sensor.
Had ECU updated
Checked glow plugs.
I'm running out of ideas.
