Help- brake system malfunction and abs malfunction

Help- brake system malfunction and abs malfunction

Sometimes when I start my car up, I hear a warning noise and on the screen it reads either abs malfunction or brake system malfunction, I have tested the brakes and abs and they work fine, I have plugged in a logistics machine in to the ECU reader and cleared the codes but it still happens... Maybe once in every 5 starts
I don't understand what it could be?
